“Our Time is Your Time”
- We ask all of our guests to arrive 5 minutes prior to their service.
- Arriving past your appointment time will result in either a shortened service or a rescheduled appointment with a fee. Should the service be shortened, the guest is still responsible for payment of the entire service.
- If less than 24 hours notice is given for a cancellation, a 50% fee of the service price will be charged to compensate for the lost time reserved for your appointment.

Tammy Upthegrove
Owner, Esthetician & Nail Technician
Growing up in a small town and moving to London in 1997, Tammy is a graduate of Marvel School of Esthetics. She developed a love for esthetics and nails and found a job at one of Canada’s Top 10 Spas, where she worked for 8 years before opening It’s All About Me. With over 24 years of experience and once recognized as a CND Education Ambassador, she is certified for CND Master Painter for Shellac; CND Master Sculptor for Brisa Gel nails and CND Master Architect for Liquid & Powder Enhancements. Tammy has obtained awards for Top 5 in Canada for her nail enhancements from 2008 to 2010, recognized by the Contessa and Mirror Awards.
When not at work, she enjoys going to the gym and spending time with her partner, their three dogs, and a cat. “I love what I do,” she says. “Working here is not really ‘work’ at all.”
Suzette Scott
Esthetician, Nail Technician, Skin Care & 3D Lash Specialist
Born and raised in Sarnia Ontario, Suzette first realized her passion for esthetics where she did a co-op program at a spa in high school. Since then she moved to London, Ontario and graduated from Pebec School of Esthetics in 1999. From there she has always held the desire to learn more by updating her knowledge. She worked at one of the Top 10 Spas in Canada before joining the team at It’s All About Me. She specializes in Dr. Renaud Skin Care. She is certified as a Level 2 of Misencil Eyelash Extensions Technician and 3D lashes, and has a certificate for CND Master Painter for Shellac. She is extremely proud and happy to be part of a hardworking and enthusiastic team at It’s All About Me.
When not busy with work, Suzette is a mother of two beautiful children and a wife to a loving, supportive husband.
